How to Place a Return Request

  3. Record an unboxing video while returning the package to ensure a smooth verification process.


Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are available only for “Buy 2 Get 1 Free” sale items.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, you can exchange it for the same item within 3 days of delivery.


Refund Policy

We process refunds only after the returned product reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check.

Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 3–4 business days after the product passes our quality check.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

You will receive a refund link via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp from +91 90813 08823 within 4–5 business days after the quality check.

To claim your refund:

  3. Enter your bank account details or UPI ID.

  4. Submit the details to process the refund.
